AI features

Cadency uses AI models to classify your activity and write nudges and debriefs. AI output can be wrong. Cadency is a self-awareness tool, not professional, medical or productivity advice, and you should not rely on it for decisions about your health or employment.

Your content and privacy

You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide Cadency, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings in the app.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Cadency available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the effective date and let you know in the app.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Cadency is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Joe Cowles is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any amount greater than what you paid for Cadency in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Cadency at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
